Avocados are rich in vitamins and minerals. They are also rich in healthy fatty acids that help facilitate good digestion and reduce hunger. In the journal Archives of Medical Research, it has been published that including avocado in one’s diet is helpful in improving cholesterol levels of hypercholesterolemic patients.
