I don’t like numbers especially if it’s counting calories. But there are some of us who need that sort of discipline to eat clean to reach their target. I’m not saying that it’s wrong but we have to work towards to know when and how much to eat from within (through our body signals) instead of a bunch of numbers from our diary. You can count calories yet eat junk or you can opt for real food like vegetables, fruits, raw nuts and seeds, good source of dairy, legumes at every sitting and stop worrying about the calories. Either way it is nice to take a look at this list of snacks to know your options, find out the calories and to finally make a healthy choice the next time you want to grab something to eat.
