AHW – Basic Routine for Beginners

Let’s see a couple of basic exercises for those who are new to working out. You don’t any equipment for this routine. Once this gets too easy, you may want to increase the number of reps and rounds or even introduce some weights while doing the lunges. Just don’t forget to warm up before starting and stretch after finishing the routine. Also remember that to get results, consistency is the key, whether it’s exercising or eating right.
