I keep watching this video regularly and can’t stop thinking how she did/does it. I have stopped complaining about exercising. I have finally come to the realization that working out is compulsory as is eating and sleeping. If we have time to do the latter we should be able to fit in exercising too. So no more excuses. Let’s start moving, right at this moment. Grab a jump rope if that’s what closest to you, or simply do a minute of jumping jacks thrice, resting for 15 seconds between each rep.
