I think potato chips is “the weakness” for everybody whether they are watching their weight or not. It’s very easy to over do it, regardless you are having company or sitting all alone in front of the big screen. So the solution to this problem is preparing low-cal potato chips at home within minutes using the microwave oven. My mom first tried this idea years back with okra and we used to gobble her fat-free okra fries. Later I have tried it with eggplant, potato and bitter gourd and all turn out crunchy and tasty. The range of power varies in each microwave oven so do the cooking in smaller increments of time to be on the safer side.
