I saw an interesting chart which would definitely put brakes on grabbing an extra slice of pizza or cheesecake. Think twice about having a glazed doughnut if you don’t have the time to do crunches for 88 minutes or guzzling down a can of soda if you don’t want to do lunges for 54 minutes to burn it off.
