What is Nordic Walking?

I read about Nordic Walking recently in a Reader’s Digest issue and was intrigued by it. The article was all praises about it, how much better it is than regular walking. So I wanted to know more about it and found this interesting video. My husband and I are considering to invest in the poles next spring. Are you ready for Nordic Walking?
