10 Ways to Sneak in a Workout

Are you one of those people who vows to workout an hour everyday but don’t even get 15 minutes in actual? I too was there once but slowly started sneaking in some physical activity on the go, like parking the car far away, using baskets instead of shopping cart, carrying the grocery bags in both hands, pacing up and down the library while reading books instead gluing myself to the chair, etc.
