The 10 Most Filling Foods

Eat more of these 10 filling foods and keep slimming the healthy way, without feeling hungry and deprived. Smoothies, bean soup, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, popcorn and apples are my favorites already. I haven’t tried wheat berries yet. The wheat berry salad sounds interesting.
