There are millions of videos for at-home workouts and it’s an overwhelming task to find the right and best ones. So I’m going to start a series for At-Home Workouts (AHW) and feature easy to do exercises at-home in the convenience of your home with no or minimal equipment.

For starters let’s see a video for basic exercises like high knees, mountain climbers, burpees and squat hops. Check out how to do it because form is the key to any exercise.
