I have said it before and I’m saying it here again that you don’t need any fancy equipment or membership to a premium gym to train and get the body you want. If you can afford then do it by all means but what I’m trying to convey (rather convince) is that to stop making excuses because you already have what you need: “YOUR BODY”. That’s the only machine you require.

Try these simple moves regularly, while watching your favorite TV show or a movie, or instead of mindlessly browsing the internet (main culprits: Facebook and Twitter), or during your lunch break at office. Come with new ways to sneak in a dose of this or any other exercise you are interested in to get closer to your goal.
