Nuts, lentils, beans, quinoa, soy products, chia, vegan protein powder etc. are some of the protein sources from which all of us can benefit. Personally I wouldn’t consume too much soy especially in the form of highly processed meat alternatives. But organic edamame, occasional consumption of non-GMO, organic tofu and tempeh are good options to have.
