Vegan & Vegetarian Protein Sources

A vegetarian or a vegan is most frequently asked “where do you get your protein from?” and here’s the answer. Nuts, lentils, beans, quinoa, soy products, chia, vegan protein powder etc. are some of the protein sources from which all of us can benefit. Personally I wouldn’t consume too much soy especially in the form of highly processed meat alternatives. But organic edamame, occasional consumption of non-GMO, organic tofu and tempeh are good options to have.
