Squat Thrust


Hitting the gym day-in-day-out is not a feasible option for all and sundry. However, exercising is necessary. So how about learning some at home exercises to lose tummy fat? Don’t worry! You do not need to burn holes in your wallet for purchasing fancy exercising machines. Simple thing like a squat thrust is good enough to slacken your bloated tummy in a few weeks. It is that effective! To do a squat thrust, start by standing straight on the floor. Make sure your feet are fairly wide-apart and your shoulder is not couched. Gradually start bending. Note: the hips should move first and then your knees. Do this until you can comfortably place your hands on the floor. Are you aware of the famous push-up position? If yes then stretch your legs backwards just like a good push-up stance. Hold it for a few seconds. Once done, quickly reverse the movement and stand upright just like Stage 1. This completes a whole rep, try and do it a couple of times every-day for best results.
