Twist Crunch

Belly fat is best tackled by exercises like crunches. One very effective crunch drill is the twist crunch. This exercise works on every joint right from the upper torso to the pelvis and is undoubtedly a great remedy for belly fat. To do this, lie straight on the floor, preferably on a mat. Keep your hands behind your head. Just like the usual crunches, bend your knees keeping the feet on the floor. Now lift your shoulder inclined towards the right. However, make sure that your torso still touches the ground. Repeat the process with your right shoulder. This is what a twist crunch is all about. Do at-least 10 reps a day for fruitful effects.
